You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت، من التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
In the appمن التطبيق
- Open Lebrunji and go to the You tab.
- Tap Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete. You are signed out straight away.
- افتح لبرنجي وانتقل إلى تبويب حسابي.
- اضغط الملف الشخصي.
- في أسفل الصفحة، اضغط حذف الحساب.
- اكتب حذف للتأكيد، ثم اضغط حذف. يتم تسجيل خروجك فوراً.
If you have an order being prepared or on its way, the account can be deleted once it arrives or after you cancel it: the courier needs your address and number until then.
إن كان لديك طلب قيد التحضير أو في الطريق، يمكن حذف الحساب بعد وصوله أو بعد إلغائه، لأن المندوب يحتاج إلى عنوانك ورقمك حتى ذلك الحين.
By emailعبر البريد الإلكتروني
If you can't use the app, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account and the phone number on your account. We will confirm by text message to that number, then delete the account within 7 days.
إن لم تتمكّن من استخدام التطبيق، راسل [email protected] بعنوان حذف حسابي مع رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحسابك. سنؤكّد الطلب برسالة نصية إلى ذلك الرقم، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.
What is deletedما الذي يُحذف
- Your name, phone number and date of birth.
- Your saved addresses and their map pins.
- Your basket and app preferences.
- اسمك ورقم هاتفك وتاريخ ميلادك.

What is kept, and whyما الذي يُحتفظ به، ولماذا
A record of each order you placed — what was sold, by which shop, when, and for how much — is kept as the shops' sales record. It no longer contains your name, phone number, delivery address, map pin or notes, nor the name of anyone you sent an order to, and cannot be linked back to you.
نحتفظ بسجلّ لكل طلب أجريته — ما بيع، ومن أي متجر، ومتى، وبكم — كسجلّ مبيعات للمتاجر. لا يتضمّن هذا السجل اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو عنوان التوصيل أو دبوس الخريطة أو ملاحظاتك، ولا اسم من أرسلت إليه طلباً، ولا يمكن ربطه بك.
You can sign up again later with the same number; it will be a new, empty account.
يمكنك التسجيل لاحقاً بالرقم نفسه؛ وسيكون حساباً جديداً فارغاً.
